Build a recipe manager as a class `RecipeManager` that stores recipes, searches and sorts them, lets named users edit them, and keeps a version history of every edit. The work comes in four levels, each building on the previous one. Recipe names are unique **case-insensitively** at every level: "Pancakes" and "pancakes" are the same name.
