Incremental Task Scheduling for Human Labelers and Models with Daily Streaming Constraints
3/5Schedule a daily stream of labelling work across human annotators and models, with per-day capacity limits and a history that nobody may repeat. This OpenAI problem is an assignment question in disguise, and the accumulating history is what stops yesterday's greedy answer from working today. You will enforce one task per person per day, respect the no-repeat rule across all previous rounds, and keep the allocation fair as the backlog shifts. The full problem statement and the model solution are available with a subscription.
Coding & Leetcode-style QuestionsOpenAIDesign a Network Throttling / Rate-Limiting System
4/5Inspired by real-world distributed systems challenges at Databricks, this system architecture task requires designing a robust traffic throttling and rate-limiting framework for both ingress and egress channels. You will explore multi-tenant traffic management, protective degradation strategies, and mechanisms to prevent cascading backend failures under heavy load. Read the exhaustive architectural guide and expert commentary by subscribing today.
System Design for MLDatabricksDesign a Multi-Resource Loader/Scheduler
4/5This advanced system design scenario, reported at Roblox, dives into the complexities of orchestrating computational workloads across limited hardware pools. You will explore architectural strategies for sequencing dependent tasks, guaranteeing fair allocation among competing requesters, and gracefully managing node failures or bottlenecks. It tests your ability to design scalable, resilient infrastructure for high-throughput environments. Read the comprehensive design breakdown and expert recommendations with a subscription.
